You can find out by taking the car or bike on the Odsherreds Food Route, where we have assembled a number of restaurants, farm shops and local food producers.

What they all have in common is, that you can taste all the good local foods:

- Vegetables from the Lammefjord.
- Marmelades from Sidinge.
- Juicy meat from Dalsbakkegård.


Yes, Odsherred is 'hiding' many good taste experiences.


All the places on the Food Route live up to the following standards:

Restaurants:

- There is to be minimum one main dish on the menu card, where local
  foods are used.
- The presentation has to show the foods origin.
- Local ingredients are to be used often in most of the dishes.

Farm shops/Local Producers:

- Farm Shops are to have a wide range of locally produced foods.
- Local producers have to sell their own products directly from their yard
  as well as possibly have a selection of other locally produced foods.
- The participating business has to have a minimum of regular operating
  hours in the period from May, 1st. until September, 15th.
