With a coastline of approx. 150 km pointing in all directions, Odsherred has - no matter from where the wind blows - a piece of coast with inviting fishing grounds. This varied coastline ranging from steap dunes to flat sandbeaches, has plenty to offer for novice as well as for the experienced. You fill find mainly sea-trout, flatfish and horn pike.

Should you fancy a deep-sea fishing tour from the deck of a fishing cutter? No problem! Lokal skippers head out towards the superb fishing grounds from Havnsø, Sj. Odde and Rørvig harbour. If you want to go on your personal fishing trip, then there is the possiblity to charter/hire a dinghy with an outboard motor.
The dingies are brought directly to the
sea shore. Most likely catches are Cod, Mackerel and Flatfish.

If you prefer the more calm fishery, then Put and take is a good opportunity. Here your dinner is only a catch away!
Typically you will catch trout when fishing at the lakes, but you can also expect the odd pike or perch to bite.
Experience a special fishing adventure in the Lammefjord Channel when trying to catch the shy Carp.
